Privacy.

This website uses the information you choose to share to respond to inquiries and, when you subscribe, send artist updates.

Contact messages

The contact form collects your name, email address, inquiry type, and message. When delivery is enabled, your message is sent through Resend to Nil Elses’s inbox. It is used to respond to your inquiry. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Artist updates

When the mailing list is available, signup is handled by Bandsintown. Its form explains what information it collects and asks for your consent. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. Read Bandsintown’s privacy policy.

Music and video

Bandcamp and YouTube players load when you choose to open them. These services may collect usage information and set their own cookies. Local studio videos are served directly by this website.

Store

Store links take you to Bandcamp. Purchases, payments, and downloads are handled by Bandcamp; this website does not collect payment details.

Notes from my studio.

Posts and uploaded images or short videos are delivered through Sanity. YouTube and Vimeo embeds load only when you choose to play them. These video services may collect usage information and set their own cookies.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical request information to deliver the website and maintain its security. The website does not include advertising trackers or a separate analytics script.
